AnchorBound

Anchor Bound is a wave-based roguelike set in a mysterious ancient Mesoamerican-inspired world, drawing inspiration from the cultures, cities, mythology, temples, warriors, and landscapes of the Maya eras.

Enter a dangerous world filled with ancient ruins, massive stone temples, forgotten civilizations, dense jungles, sacred grounds, and powerful enemies. Fight your way through wave after wave of increasingly dangerous foes using your normal weapons and attacks. But surviving alone will not be enough.

At the heart of the game are the three mysterious Anchor types. During your journey, you can bind yourself to an Anchor and gain access to powerful abilities that completely change the way you fight. Each Anchor offers its own unique powers, combat possibilities, and strategy, allowing you to build different playstyles as you survive longer and face stronger enemies.

Fight normally with your weapons, combine attacks with Anchor powers, or build your entire strategy around the abilities granted by your chosen Anchor. Every wave gives you another opportunity to become stronger, experiment with new abilities, and prepare for what comes next.

As the waves progress, enemies become stronger, more numerous, and more dangerous. You will need to manage your abilities, position yourself carefully, learn enemy attack patterns, and make smart decisions about how you use your Anchor powers.
